    We were misled by Spellman Realty hired by Ressa Mgmt. for Manorhaven Blvd apts. They were only interested in getting their fee. Did not consider what kind of place they were trying to rent to us. No maintenance ever on property. Snow not shoveled off sidewalks, parking lot(for 5 cars only) never salted, or plowed. Thin walls with inconsiderate neighbors. Drafts from every window and a/c unit....electric heat very costly. Neighborhood is anything but quiet.....constant noise from cars, dogs barking, kids running wild, fire whistle blaring every day, locals hanging out on the corner. Counted the days from our first month there when we could get out of that place. Our last week was very eventful....a shooting in front of the building. If you are a normal working person/couple...this place is not for you. Don't be fooled like we were.

    Have used for am office party for two years and always have an excellent time. The boat is air conditioned and the food and bar are excellent. Very pleasant and intimate.

    Over the winter I searched for a new school. The last one I tried was not up to my expectations. I found the instructors particularly Chris, Jeremy and Eric to be. excellent with a great amount of patience. I enjoyed the school so much that I joined the seasonal membership which allowed me to reserve a boat anytime I wanted. Its a great value. Lastly, I now feel confident with my sailing skills that I attend the school's Wednesday night racing program.
